Duplicate Just Dead NPC in Ecruteak

Someone, remove that guy or give me tips how to remove that guy from Ecruteak city , pokemon heal center. He standing in centre close to nursery Joey and not moving, so i'm unable to reach Nursery to heal my pokeballs when i need to.
Please your attention.!

Here is the pic. He is not talking or moving at all. just staring at me ,every time i trying to reach nursery.

Alright, thanks for advice, but still odd, so im only able to heal my pokeballs in other pokemon healer center?
Sucks that Teleport move still not working. Most of physic skills are only 1 skill called "Pound"

Most skills don't work because the dev team added a new battle system. I want them to be fixed too. Before the gym go to the burned tower, then the gym.
