You can get a Pikachu by evolving a Pichu that can be obtained from the Odd Egg event.

Unfortunately there are no more Odd Eggs, if you need a Pikachu you may need to ask the community for one.
The Hoenn starters are unobtainable through normal gameplay, you'll need to ask community members for them (though I think the only one the community has is Torchic, as @Dastan stated.)

I am the Torchic guy, I'm pretty much the only one with a Torchic. You can ask for some Pokémon at my thread later...but Torchic will take a while if you want it and it may be paid.

Well, Pika still remembers a good deal of the scripting for Pokemon3D. Maybe if Pika looks through some of the files, Pika could make a data sheet for the other 2 3rd gen starters and their evos (including Torchic) and maybe a couple of other 3rd Gen pokes. If you want that, just say and Pika will get on it.

Well likes could work, but you could just reply on what you think, it's all up to you guys.

Sweet, plus, all xna and xnb files are are compressed png files. But, if Pika does ever need help, Pika will go to you first. And all they need is a image editor like Paint.net or Photoshop once converted.

And has Torchics evo's been added or is it just Torchic itself?

and we are only waiting on sprites and moves and stuff for gen 6 pokemon to actually add them
