Hi, I know how to fix this Bug. I will write it step by step
1. Go to the game folder. (the folder where you installed the game)
2. Open folder called 'Scripts'.
3. Then search for folder 'trainer'.
4. Next find folder 'violet_gym'.
5. Open '003' with notepad.
6. And at nearly end it suppose to write '@NPC;register(violet_center.dat|4|position|8,0,3)'
7. Change semicolon [;] after '@NPC' to dot [.].

And now you can play your Pokemon 3D without waiting for update.
