Can't update to 0.38.3a

I started up my game, and couldn't get online because of the 38.3a update. I tried downloading, but the game stopped working as it started to extract the files

Please goto the folder where you have Pokémon3D.exe. You will see a temp folder somewhere above it.
Extract the file manually outside the temp folder. Your game will be updated.
