Fixed (0.38.3a) Bill Not Moving

In Ecruteak City I believe, Bill isn't moving from the counter in the Pokemon Center, more than that hes not talking to me at all. He'll acknowledge me when I talk to him, but he just turns and stares at me. Because of that I can't really use the Pokemon Center there.

I know right? Making me go to another Pokemon Center just to heal my poor injured Pokemon. :c

There is faster way then going to another pokemon center. Just take your pokemon's team to computer and take them back.Its way faster then moving to another center. While someone don't know how to fix it.
