Solved How complete is the game thus far?

I've looked through the version history on the wiki and it's still hard to tell. Are there any areas in Johto that aren't yet built or only partially built? In the areas of the game that are done, are there any missing pokemon or moves?

All of Johto and including the S.S Aqua event. Once you finish that you can go back into Johto and finish things up there.
