So I won 2 torchics from Smasher's lottery. But I want to give it out to the community. So because I spent all my money on the lottery I am hopping to get a fraction of it back. Sorry if you participated in the lottery before hand and didn't win.
Rules:
1.No Big leaguers (means no people who have over 2k in money they can easily win. This one is pretty self explanatory.) This lottery is for the small people. (your welcome

2. You buy tickets just like in a normal lottery. you can buy as many as you want.
3. When you send me the money make sure you comment the amount of tickets you want.
4. the tickets cost 5P each <quite cheep, so buy a ton
