Running Shoes On/Off

It could be useful that, in Options, there is an option that would enable running without Shift key, when it enable, pressing Shift would slow the movement to its normal pace.

It's designed to follow the common use of the Shift button:
"Hold shift to run". is used in almost every first person (shooter) game.

Or caps lock to toggle it on/off like TPS games

i think having the option to toggle it OR hold it(like hgss) would be cool
i really liked that feature and wish it would make a return...

Yes there should be a option of toggling it on and off because after a while fingers start paining.
