Fixed [0.38.2] Can't enter the Rocket Hideout

After triggering the event where Lance enters the stairs to the hideout, I decided not to enter immediately and left the building. Now when I go inside, the staircase isn't revealed (though I can still see it when I walk under it) and I can't get it to be active again. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

A bug that doesn't have to do with endless loops? What is this sorcery?!

It is something we found out earlier
this happened b/c we upgraded all of the existing scripts to version 2 missed part of the upgrade on a few scripts
if there is a bug with an old script that used to work, not working at all, you can assume it is fixed for the time being
