Fixed HM Cut bug

Hello, i just completed the Farfetch'd pth to gain the Cut ability. It first came to me ''why doesnt the kid start talking to me'' then i tried to talk with him but it is just a white blanket there is no words, but there's an small arrow blinking. What do i do to get cut?

All dialog is broken, Nilllzz will fix it when he has a chance.

This is the best most simplest answer the Dev's & Mod's can give.
