Fixed Poison types able to be poisoned. [0.20]

I'm pretty sure that Kakuna is a poison type, and poison types are immune to poison. I used poison sting on one using my Spinarak and the Kakuna got poisoned. Here is a screenshot.

Anything to help out. I really appreciate that this game exists, so I'll do anything to help.

i dont really know hw poison attacks work on poison creatures in the actual games, if anything try reviewing it on a DS if you have and use this method again to confirm it.
