To get the Experience Share in this game you need to defeat/catch/run from the shiny Gyarados at the Lake of Rage. Once you do so you can obtain the Red Scale. Once you get it you trade it for an Experience share with Mr. Pokémon. It acts like the Experience Share from Generations II to V.
