Fixed [0.38.2]Mr. Pokemon Endless Speech Loop

When talking to Mr. Pokemon for the first time on the errand for Professor Elm, the dialogue won't end. At the end of the conversation, Mr. Pokemon keeps repeating "I'm depending on you." and I cannot get out of the conversation. Please help!

It's about 15+- times reported bug in 0.38.1 version and will be fixed in 0.38.2 version.

According to this thread's title, you were playing on 0.38.2. Are you sure that's the case?

Uhhh, yeah. It was actually v0.38.1. I must've misread something somewhere along the way. Sorry guys

Well it doesn't matter anymore, the bug seems to still be here in 0.38.2.

Well, the update did patch the issue I had with Mr. Pokemon, although my friend told me another dialogue loop has popped up shortly after. I haven't experienced the new one he told me about.
There's also a minor issue in that when talking to the cop, you tell him your rival's name but in his dialogue it shows as "rival.name"

There's another dialogue loop with Youngster Joey and Youngster Mikey.
