Duplicate blackthorn city gym- ace trainer paul's dialogue loop

i went to get a badge from the blackthorn city gym
i beat the first competitor that is ace trainer paul, and after that he says this dialogue "LANCE WANTED TO MEET YOU AGAIN? NOT A CHANCE" and as i recieve he pokedollars for winning, the dialogue box appears with the same dialogue" lance wanted to.. blah blah blah..." but when the dialogue finishes, it appears again and again and again with the same dialogues repeating, like a loop
please see to this problem , i am not able to go forward in this gym

This bug has been reported many times and is stated to have been fixed, please check the bugs forum for similar bugs before reporting.
A new update will be released shortly that fixes this bug.

this problem is there on for many trainers on safari zone, those couple trainers and on the route just after blackthorn city
any idea when the update will be available for the launcher?

@nilllzz is having trouble with his computer, so the update has been slightly delayed.

umm it still isnt fixed in 0.38.2

as of 0.38.2 I receive a dialogue loop for cool trainer lola in blackthorn city gym as well
