Not a bug Opening game problem

When I try to get started with the game as soon as it opens it says that "Pokemon has stopped working" I have no idea what could be happening. I tried re-downloading it but the same message kept popping up. Plus the game work awhile ago but it stopped out of no where so please help me.

you need to download the new launcher I think. you joined Jan from this year right? so you need to delete all game files (launcher included) and do it all from scratch. only way I can figure how to help you.
