and the game you choose doesnt effect your safai pokemon

Does anyone know if there's a way to get someone else's FC without actually knowing them? (like ingame or something)

Maybe through Game chat? It should ask if you would like to use it during any trade or battle. And I think you can use it outside of that using the PSS, but don't quote me as I have yet to try.
