Solved Downloading profile problem

Hey guys,

I have a problem to play online.
Yesterday I started playing Pokemon 3d. On my first try it worked perfectly.
But if I want to play online now, the "Downloading profile" progression bar stops a moment before it can finish and remains so.
I have the latest version and I reinstalled the game, but it won't help.
I also made a second account but there is the same problem: I play for the first time with no problems. Then I log out and back in, but the same problem occurs again.
Could anyone help me, please?

That happens when the gamejolt server is overloaded or your internet is bad. Try restarting the PC the router, stop your downloads.

I absolutely despise that problem... but yeah... this is mainly a problem regarding the Gamejolt servers or your own internet getting disconneted while loading the save.
Restart your router, maybe your pc if the router is built in.... (Could also manually turn it in and off.)

There is no solution for me. I did everything. So no Pokemon 3d online for me.

I found a solution for my problem. My anti-virus program GData Internet Security 2014 is the problem.
To fix this you have to disable the Web protection.
