Ive been walking, surfing, and riding around several routes and caves with different pokemon in the first slot of my party, also doing the same on a different difficulty for an hour, but no wild pokemon have appeared. here is a screenshot to confirm that i am not using any repels:
I do not know what was going on. it started after i exited from olivine after i spoke to my rival. it did not happen when i first opened pokemon 3D. Thanks for any answers!
