Fixed Sailor scripting bug

In front of the entrance of S.S. aqua, the sailor who pushes you back says you cant board. the problem is that his text goes out of the box. XD (pictured below)

I would think that this was just a scripting error, and has been reported, but i thought i should report it anyway.
