How to launch the game?

I tried out the game for about 10 minutes after finishing the download, and wanted to play a bit more after a few hours. But when I clicked the application named 'pokemon' (http://puu.sh/4IAvi.png), it shows an error that looks like this: http://puu.sh/4IAxo.jpg

Am I not using the correct application? If so, where is the launcher?

the launcher should be in the folder above Pokemon.exe
it is Pokemon3d.exe

Yes, you're using the wrong .exe.

The launcher is the file you download and it needs to be on the same place as your pokemon folder. The folder in which that .exe resides.
