Also, when adding the Bug-Catching Contest, I recommend using a points system similar to this:
Let's say I got a lvl 6 Caterpie, Adamant nature. 21 IVs on Attack, 30 on Defense, 11 on Special Defense. Total IVs: 62.
Stats: HP 21 Atk 10 Def 11 SpAtk 6 SpDef 8 Spd 10. Total: 66
Total IVs /5 + Total Stats /2 + Level= Points
12,4 -> 12 + 33 + 6= 51 points.
Now I got a level 13 Scyther, Relaxed nature. 1 IV on HP, 7 on Defense, 11 on Special Attack. Total IVs: 19.
Stats: HP 41 Atk 33 Def 29 SpAtk 20 SpDef 25 Spd 29. Total: 177.
Total IVs /5 + Total Stats /2 + Level= Points
3,8 -> 3 + 88.5 -> 88 + 13= 104 points.
This time it's a level 13 Butterfree, Jolly nature. 3 IVs on HP, 31 on Defense, 5 on Special Attack, 20 on Special Defense. Total IVs: 59.
Stats: HP 38 Atk 16 Def 22 SpAtk 23 SpDef 28 Spd 25. Total: 152.
Total IVs /5 + Total Stats /2 + Level= Points
11.8 -> 11 + 76 + 13= 100 points.
Also, unlike the real game, shiny Pokémon should get a bonus in points, like having their points x2 or something...
