I need help some help.

All my pokemon slots are full, but when I tried catching more after they were full, it said that the pokemon I caught was moved to box one. How do I get to box one, and once I figure out how to get to box one, how do I got those pokemons from box one, to battles inside the game? Please help.

This is Pokemon 101. Go to the PC in the Pokemon Center and click on Bill's PC. There you can just switch Pokemon into your party by clicking on it, hovering it over the Pokemon you want to replace, and click on the Pokemon
