Fixed Minor Problem with Dragonite

Well I do remember dark saying that you guys like the color scheme to stay the same from shiny dratini to dragonite well its now wierd

This is in battle

And this is in sprite form, as flying, surfing, walking etc. so its different color scheme every now and then just a minor issue dont really mind if fixed or not, just wanted to let you guys be aware of it if not already
