after i defeated my Rival, i was going back to New Bark Town and saw that theres nothing there but only 2 of the NPCs, Flowers, and the Rocks heading east of NewBark
I left and came back in, and still the same!

I Reopened the Game and did the samething, defeated the Rival and blash blash, when i arrive when its not Snowy. the Town came back.

My Theory is when its Snowy when fighting your Rival, and through the whole way when going to New Bark while its still Snowy. That Happened. Reply here if its known!
