Finished [Pokémon 3D] Daily Competition 3.0

The time has come.... Today is Nilllzz's birthday, to celebrate him leveling up, I present to him this competition.
In this post I will explain my choices and the reward, so here goes:
@nilllzz . Happy birthday, in your name, I do this competition. Your favourite Pokemon: A Psyduck.
But not just any Psyduck, it is shiny aswell, because you are 1/8192. (No homo.)
This Psyduck holds 4 moves: V-Create, Roar of Time, Judgement and Wish.
V-Create - This move belongs within your move-set because you seek peace and you show it off as a huge burning V, the fires indicating your spirit and determination.
Roar of Time - You created a landscape where people could revisit their childhood and can walk in their past.
Judgement - Even though you barely ever judge, when you do, they are justified and with reason.
And as last: Wish - Wish, because we all wish YOU a nice day and we know you wish us to stay with you and support you and walk with you through the development stages of your fan-made game until the very end.
Ability: Technician - You're the one to power this whole project, so it makes sense, right?
I let the Psyduck hold an Up-Grade because when you arrive, an up-grade follows.
Nature: Modest: For a person that has about 2k-4k people playing his game, you are still modest and a cool guy.
(And it is the most useful nature for this duck. )
Requirement: I wanted this compo to be hard... so I will ask for a FEMALE lvl 90-100 Espeon.
Requirement MUST BE BRED and please post on this thread if you won.

Yeah. I bred Bill's eevee and got all the eeveelutions. Then kept the espeon for my main team...
... I mean.... you had to breed a fresh one......

its nice that the last 2 comps were really good and the winners didnt freshly breed them

I bred a fresh one from my vaporeon, first times the charm, got a female, and im relying on levels to help friendship. This shouldnt take too long, after the xp share becomes useless. Ill just use the lucky egg. And use my last rare candy at lvl 89. UPDATE- lvl 13 @ Elite 4.
