I mean, competitive it is pretty good... righT? Right.
Anyway, it is a jolly Zubat and I already set its friendship at 220 which means you won't have to friendship evolve him.

I want a lvl 30-39 MAGIKARP!

but when I'm away you're giving out level 100 shiny Arceuses for everyone.

Yeah, I can't really keep the people that aren't very far into the game into consideration because otherwise it would be gone within a minute by a veteran player.
