I'll tell you a little story of how I win this one:
Yesterday, I was playing co-op with someone, this person wanted a Donphan, then I caught a small Phanpy for him, while I also breed a few eggs of it, I kept the original Phanpy at my party and then it had a good level too...then some quick battles and poof.

well you could always put a cap on how frequently someone can win! Also Im calling it as magic bounce modest espeon right now.
I get the feeling that this Espeon gives psychic powers to people.... however the nature is debatable.
