To be honest, for people like Tornado it will be very hard for me to do it on times efficient for them on school days because I have to get up at 7 AM... I usually do these compos 11-12 PM my time so I can get both EU and some US people in there.

I don't think Ralts is the problem, but a level 40 Sunflora for it.
A nice rewards demands a heavy requirement.
I am also really liking the fact that I can choose gender, too. Making it slightly harder.
