The only friends who deserve a Snivy right now are Lendfanatic, Tornado9797, leeloozete and MrHippocrit (even though he can get himself one...), maybe dylan and his brother...and I think that's all. I gotta dedicate this prize to Lendfanatic for the deal we had these days with Rare Candies.
