I'm not quite sure about Delibird...He only have present that can HEAL the oponnent...And okay, you gave it Ice punch, but still, It has one of the weakest attacks of pokémon that cant evolve...Really, I rather staying with my elekid here, sorry bro

It was never meant for competitive play anyway. XD No one in their right mind would use one in actual PvP. Then again, there are lots of crazy people around here.
