That would only be an issue if he was trying to log in. (I think)

I am still unsure as to what the issue is but making a backup of your saves and re-downloading the game seems like a reasonable idea.

Why don't you try the online game (gamejolt account) ? Your saves will be save and sound on their server, and you'll be able to trade pokes with the rest of the players.

Im still having the problem that bhuvan has reported and none of the solutions are working, and i cannot access gamejolt where i am attempting to play it at so i cannot use online servers, are there any solutions that you guys can recommend?

Update your drivers.
If that doesn't work, completely re-install the game but make a backup of your save file.
