pokemon 3d not working correctly

as soon as i start the game, the window of the game opens showing the kolben written in the beginning, but then, the a window appears showing the game stopped working correctly and windows will notify you if a solution is available
please help :(:(:(:(

no i did wait , but before kolben sign could complete, this message pops up
"a problem has caused the program to stop and the windows will notify you a solution if available"

yea i closed all other things and opened this but , no the problem still exists
and a few days back, when this problem started, i tried updating again (even though it was fully updated) and it worked, but the next day, this problem is still there and updating trick is'nt working anymore :|

Is this offline mode?
And the problem is from trying to get to the menu, right?
Launcher > Launch game > Game starts > Kolben logo > Crash Right?

Could you see whether all your drivers are up to date? (This could also be an issue)
