EV Reduction Guy

I don't know if i'm the first one who got this idea but it would be neat if there was a guy in the game who could be payed to remove any unwanted EVs of your choice e.g. paying 2500 to remove all attack EVs from a Pokémon.

I think it would be nice:
- 15000 to completely remove EVs.
- 5000/2500 to remove every EV from specific stat.

I would be best if they add the Pomeg Berry, Kelpsy Berry, Qualot Berry, Hondew Berry, Grepa Berry, Tamato Berry.
