Fixed Keep gaining Exp. at lvl 100

I dont know if it is a bug but anyways here is a screenshot

but i have another pokémon, that stopped receiving exp at 99 percent

It is a bug, but not what you might think.
When the level cap is reached (100 in Kolben GameMode), the Exp bar mimics how much HP you have. Try it out in battle and see for yourself.
