Finished Scyther for Kadabra

I read somewhere that you could trade a Kadabra for a Scyther. I really really want a Scyther so could someone tell me where I can do the trade?

in game there it is no way to trade a scyther for a kadabra
but however, you can always ask one of the forum guys for a trade
just go to goldenrod and there you will find a pc with orange balls around it
there you can trade, but only if you are playing via gamejolt
