How do I evolve Gligar?

Whattup guys,
I want Gliscor for the awesome, I got Gligar with Dragon Fang and let it level up during night but nothing happened...
What do I do?
I leveled it up in the caves near victory road

You need to give it Razor Fang and level it once when it is night time.
However, that item isn't obtainable yet.

Razor fang, not Dragon fang. The Razor fang will be available soon eunogh though.
