Consistant Bad Lag In Mt Mortar? Also..

I dont normally have lag and im playing offline, but since i ran into this problem in Mt Mortar its been hard to continue a head through the cave. The lag doesnt seem to vanish at all! I also get lag in the Lighthouse after each battle and when i drop through the holes of the lighthouse. I have my settings as low as possiable too and i still have the problem. Also idk if this is a problem or something, but in Ecretc town or whatever its name is.. i cant get to the gym leader and the floor is all black.. when i try to walk through it sits me back to the start near the door. Is there a fix for these?
Computer Specs :
Os: Win 7 Home Premium
Graphics : AMD Radeon HD 7640G
Proccessor: AMD Quad Core A8-4500 APU /w AMD Radeon Graphics

Oh well its been frustrating me, can u or someone tell me how to get through that black floor? Im new to playing pokemon games so idk the correct path through it.

It's basically a trial and error until you find the correct pattern to move on.
There are some floors you can't step on or else you get send to the start of the gym again.

Oh.. well uhm i guess im stuck learning how to get through it... dam invisable maze. >.< Onward to the lag issue though? Any ideas on that or why its doing it? I dont get it anywhere else.. just this cave and the lighthouse.

That sounds like BS to me since i can play really high end games with no lag at all.. and this game is basically flat 2dish graphics. I have Batman Arkham City, on here and get no lag.... So it should be able to play Pokemon with ease.. So it cant be my graphics.

Sorry if that sounded a little too dirrect... im just upset that the game is being choppy and making it hard to get through this cave.. its basically becomming impossiable to go through. Only time i dont get lag in the cave is when i click on a breakable rock or a moveable bolder, when it says the txt to me for an option.

The lag is a problem
We havent completely optimized everything yet so even though the game looks like it should not take much power it does
The lag will diminish as we improve the game
