Fixed Walking and leveling up don't raise friendship

Yeah, friendship gain somehow got broken.

In the current version, friendship gain in battles is broken, I fixed it though.
But friendship gain by walking works, you have to put the Pokémon you want to gain friendship on top of your team.

Hm, no idea why people are reporting walking as broken. Maybe they thought all Pokemon in the party should gain friendship?
