Fixed Walking and leveling up don't raise friendship

Sience I got my Togepi, it hasnt evolve, what can I do to make him happy so it can evolve now? ._.

For buying vitamins, go to the Goldenrod Department Store. In the Underground there are two haircut brothers who are open on different days of the week.

Yeah, friendship gain somehow got broken.

Yeah, friendship gain somehow got broken.

In the current version, friendship gain in battles is broken, I fixed it though.
But friendship gain by walking works, you have to put the Pokémon you want to gain friendship on top of your team.
