Just take the folder that's in the zip and place it in your ContentPacks folder.

This texture pack does not technically support Pokémon 3D Indev 0.46.1. As such, certain textures may appear broken when the Content Pack is in use.
The texture pack is out of date. I would not recommend using it right now.Thanks to both of you! Any way to fix it? (Don't really mind doing it myself)

It is some transparency issue... I guess converting to and fro might fix this.
I just edited routes.png in the textures file.
Here is the edited file. I hope the creator is alright with me editing it.

So, is the issue that all the Pokémon 3D\Content\Textures went to .XNB?
Cerrygrove.png ==> Cherrygrove.png?, and there are two modified .pngs i located, not sure whose is better or which is best to use.
Routes.png also has two modified .pngs i located, not sure whose is better or which is best to use.
Raistlin16 on 2013-09-13 and Dexter96 on 2014-08-17.
I'll upload all here, use Paint.net (freeware), layers are in XOR to show diffs.
