Weird Kirlia=smoochum glitch

Ok long story here: I was traded a Kirlia, first time it is entered in my pokedex. When I open the pokedex Kirlia is not one of the pokemon owned... It does say that smoochum is entered in it through. Even through I have never seen or caught one in this game... It is a weird bug that I thought you might want to look into. Thanks Nilllzz

have you ever encountered one through battle in-game? and do you have kirlia in your pokedex? also, does your pokedex say that you own smoochum or kirlia?

No I never have and The pokedex tells me that I own smoochum. but not a kirlia??

OK so To add to the madness It turns out that my odd egg hatched into a smoochum?? so did my pokedex predict that my odd egg was going to hatch into a smoochum?

oh yes! that was the problem! your pokedex analyzes the pokemon before it hatches. but idk about kirlia

OK then I think its two glitches as the same time that I mistook for one.. I have heard that traded pokemonz dont get added to the pokedex for some poeple so its 2 bugs ganging up on me! ok thanks Mashew

Usually saving and relogging fixes that.
But the egg I feel isn't truely a bug. Especially because you can check what is in it with the GTS.
Why Kirlia doesn't get registed fazes me. Because it IS registered for me.

Yes, I had a Ho-oh traded to me, but it didn't register. However, saving and exiting fixed that problem for me.

And no It not registered in the Dex Its not a big deal I can just breed it and get in that way. I g2g If you have any extra advice please tell me!
