Fixed [0.36.2]Poison hurts twice

The poison effect has the problem that hurts the pokemon twice in a turn.
The first time is after foe's move.
The second one is after the turn.

When is Poison supposed to hit your Pokémon actually? After the opponent's move? Before the opponent's move?

There is like a status phase in battles, where Poison, Burn, Curse, Toxic, Perish Song, Weather, etc. work.
This status phase starts when both pokemon finish their moves. And finish when a new turn begins, with the selection of the moves, items, pokemon, etc.
