Since my type doesn't have a lot of pokes in game for this moment I could pick less, right ? In the game most gym leaders don't even have 6 pokes.

you could choose to make your gym have a special rule
such as your and your opponent can only have x number of pokemon
feel free to do that

It have great Ivs at HP but it have a very low sp atk and a low sp def
I watch your videos XD
so i kinda have some advantage about that
