Solved -Help- Moves and Evolving [0.36]

I having been playing this game for two days and I notice something...
My Cyndaquil is level 14 now and it hasn't evolve yet and I only got two default moves, tackle and leer
I hope someone can help me with this

There is a bug in the current patch that makes pokemon unable to evolve and learn moves through battles, but fear not! A new update will (probably) arrive within the next 10 hours.

You can evolve level-based Pokémon using Rare Candies if you can't wait that long.

Moves can be learn, when day-care train your pokemon's.
