Just curious what everyone is thinking of rolling with this new 2 starter dealy.

Also if it happend that every Prof. showed up and not just Oak what starters would you pick?
My team would be: Bulbasaur, Totodile, Torchic, Piplup, Snivy, Fennekin

First of all, I already made a thread to talk about this. Secondly, I would pick squirtle, cyndaquil, torchic, piplup, oshawatt, and fennekin

I'm not too big on the grass type starters

I tried to pick 2 of each type other wise it'd be Grass except for Gen 2 cause Chikorita under delivers

wait so do u get one gen 1 starter and 1 gen 6 starter in x and y? i assumed its u pick one still but u have 6 choices now

Well if you only get 1 ..Hands down getting Bulbasaur.. but through out the game you can get ALL the starters from ALL gens

A friend that your character has in the game gives you the gen 6 starter and professor oak gives you the gen 1 starter

Whats the point of having a NEW Professor if your buddy just gives you a pokemon and not him?

No,the gen 1 starter you get at around the third gym I think

Professor Sycamore gives you the gen 1 starters, not Oak, Though I can't help but thinking that the gen 1 starters is a hint for something either in the game or something that is to come...

My bad, I thought professor oak gave you the gen 1 starter
