I sent 90 and have tied checking my transactions but can only see back to yesterday. Money was sent Saturday. I got an alert at the time saying that i'd sent it and it was deducted from my credits, tax and all. So i'd say that if i/we sent credits the you didn't receive that there's an issue w/ the transfer mechanism that needs to be reported.

I got a Pokémon for a new raffle. It's the Gengar, but not a regular Gengar, it's the Gengar, I'm not saying anything else about it. It might be good, it might be very good, but it's definitely not regular. It's at level 40, and it's awesome.
The Gengar's ticket price is P10.00, worth it. You never know what to expect. To participate, like this post and pay for the tickets. Do it now, before it's over. The Gengar, at any Smasher Lottery near you.
