yes, every lottery requires you to pay for tickets. A good way to make money is by posting (you could just add something productive to post that you see)

If anyone buys max tickets(P160.00-20 tickets) but didn't win, he/she can request 10%(P16.00) of his/her money back.
To participate, like this post and send the money, also pick a number from between 1 to 80 for each ticket you bought. If you want, I can pick them randomly.
