Well not necessarily a swear word, just a synonym for it that may or may not be inappropriate here.
So, 10 minutes for the randomizing.
I'm making some serious rules:
* You can't buy more than x * 2,5, x = ticket price.
* You won't participate in case you don't follow all of the requirements. You have been warned.
* There will be a ticket limit: x * 10, x = ticket price.
* There will be the possibility of "no winners". In this case, a new raffle will happen, with both the previous Pokémon and the one of the current raffle. This doesn't apply to Poképacks.
* Poképacks should be chosen by the people, like I did before.
Those are supposed to make the lottery even funner and enjoyable.
