Pokémons stuck at the GTS

hi leeloozete here
so i was trading with PuRe, and i was sending him an metal coat
and then he sent me as a gift,his scyther.so i could evolve his scyther when i send it back
but i cant withdraw his scyther because there it is no withdraw button and he cant undo the trade either!
so he got now a scyther and a togepi stuck at the gts

i had ust one free slot at my party
then i just have deposited my all pokémon in the box, just a umbreon in the party
and i went to the gts and the withdraw button was there!
