Solved Why my Cyndaquil didnt evolve yet?

I have a lvl 20 Cyndaquil and it didn't evolve yet, anyone know why?

There are some issues with leveling and apparently also issues with evolving. :I

No that is not true. In the next update they will fix most of the battle bugs, and hopefully you can evolve your Cyndaquil! ;3

That's an interesting way to evolve a cyndaquil
